To the rear of the house you will find a hallway leading to the back door, with the kitchen to one side, and on the other side a shower room and the stairs leading to the first floor.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven with extractor, washing machine, iron/board, kettle, toaster, a small cafetiere, and all crockery and utensils.
The downstairs shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet, and a vanity unit with mirror.
The first floor holds the bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom comprises a double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a large built-in double wardrobe. Patio doors open onto a step-into balcony.
The second bedroom holds two single beds, a bedside cabinet, and ample room in the built-in wardrobe.
In between the bedrooms you will find the main bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower attachment, a toilet, bidet, and vanity unit with mirror.
The first floor hallway leads to a small balcony at the rear overlooking the attractive courtyard. Inside, a further staircase leads to a private roof terrace running from the front to the back of the house, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Outside, the tiled garden at the front of the property is south-east facing so catches the sun throughout the morning and well into the afternoon. Two sun loungers and a patio table with four chairs are available for enjoying ‘al fresco’ dining and relaxing in the sun.
At the end of the row of houses, there is a secure communal swimming pool, including a shallow splash pool for younger children. Note that this may be closed during the low season.

The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and all linen and towels (for indoor use) will be provided.
The property manager lives in the vicinity and can be contacted during your stay if there are any problems.
